What counts as an active Member?
A person with a current active membership in your organisation. Inactive and expired memberships do not count.
What if we go over our Member limit?
Existing Members keep access. We will show a clear path to upgrade before limits on new additions take effect.
What if we go over our storage limit?
Your existing content stays available. We will warn you as you approach the limit and explain upload options before enforcement begins.
Can we upgrade or downgrade?
Plan changes will be available with billing. A downgrade cannot remove existing Members or content, and we will explain any usage that needs attention first.
Can we cancel at any time?
Cancellation will be managed through the billing portal once subscriptions open. Paid access normally continues until the current period ends.
What happens to our data after cancellation?
We will not delete it immediately. Retention and export details will be provided before paid billing opens.
Can we pay annually?
Annual billing is planned. The prices shown above save the equivalent of about two monthly payments.
Is there a free trial?
A 14-day Growth-level trial is planned for Stripe checkout. Trials are not active during this billing preview.
